Of all the things I miss I miss my mind the most . . .oh, and sushi!

Nothing will cure this, but there are a few easy things that can help. If they seem like things you should already be doing its because they are.

EAT HEALTHY
EXCERCISE (even if just 15 mins a day)
GET MORE REST
CUT BACK ON "TO DO" LIST **You are constantly performing a very important task, creating a miniature human!

Acceptable Sushi
Not all sushi is raw, here are a few safe types to try if your really craving:)
California Rolls (typically avacado and crabmeat-often imitation)
Grilled Squid(ika) or octopus(tako)
Maki roll items which often include cooked eel or shrimp or tempura fried fish
**According to health resources cooked fish, shelled or not are acceptable in moderation. Like tuna it should be consumed no more than once per week due to mercury levels.
